Great staff, incredibly helpful and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the worth its an excellent deal. The receptionist is amazing, is familiar with excellent locations to go to for tourists.

The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Really nice hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely suggest Hotel Cristallo!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff on the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. If you are visiting Solda you should book at Hotel Cristallo. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

If you are visiting Solda you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.
